Although it was prominently displayed as the "big new movie" on the hbomax app, it was literally no where to be found on prime/hbo. The problem started when I was trying to add the new hbomax movie, "Amsterdam". Since I find the hbomax app PAINFULLY slow on my Roku ultra, I thought I would try a free trial of hbomax on Prime.Īs I worked with it, adding in the shows I was already watching, it was clear how much faster the prime app runs (2-4x faster for most operations), but I noticed a few issues.
